Welcome to the Convergent Microsystems Laboratory, based in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at The University of Texas at El Paso!
The lab, led by Dr. Robert C. Roberts, pushes the boundaries of microsystems devices, sensors, and microelectromechanical systems (MEMS), with a focus on additive manufacturing technologies.
Applications of our research include biomedical and environmetal sensors, high-perforance RF components, and soft robotics.
